Chef de Partie – Hotel – Double Pay – Overtime

A stunning hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their existing award-winning Rosette team. This Rosette property is looking for a Chef de Partie to work alongside a talented Head Chef where they are expanding the team. As a Chef de Partie you will be paid a base salary and then after your 40 hours you will get paid overtime for every hour that you work where last year a Chef de Partie earned £24,000 with overtime. To add to this as a Chef de Partie you will get paid double time over the Festive Period. Also adding to this as Chef de Partie you will have 32 days holiday a year and this increases with time served there.

As a Chef de Partie you will be working in a Rosette property that of course only uses fresh, seasonal and high end produce for its guests. If you are I not your fine dining, then this is the role for you. In return the Head Chef is simply looking for a Chef de Partie who is hardworking, enthusiastic and key willing to learn.

The successful applicant will have previous experience:

Managing a busy section

Ordering and monitoring supplies

Delivering stunning but simple food

Working with fresh ingredients

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
