A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working in a stunning 4 star Hotel in Nottingham.
This iconic hotel has a great reputation as being one of Nottingham’s best! Being a very popular venue for both business and pleasure…The restaurant serves quality food offering a seasonal menu using fresh locally sourced ingredients and making everything from scratch.
The contemporary function rooms hold anything from 2 to 200 guests, making it a first choice for business meetings, private parties and weddings.
There is stable team here’ just looking to add a CDP to the brigade!. The CDP will inspire, motivate and lead the commis chefs and their efforts will not go unnoticed as you will be put onto a progression plan to become the next Junior Sous Chef.
You will be involved in the menu as well as the daily specials.
The contracted hours are 45 hours a week, working only straight shifts…made up of x 2 shifts from 11:00 – 22:30 & x3 shifts of 15:00 – 22:30.

What we will be looking for in the Chef de Partie:
Have experience working with fresh food preferably in a hotel but not essential.
Obvious ambition, commitment and passion towards the industry
A good team work ethic
