Job Brief:

  • Assist with kitchen service, preparation, and general duties.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and EHO guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Monitor sanitation practices and food presentation.
  • Prepare and produce food to the highest quality.

Ideal Candidate:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen.
  • Basic IT skills for menu planning and stock management.
  • Experience in menu production and bulk cooking.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
