As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
- Knowledge of seasonal and fresh food.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience within a busy service kitchen, ideally as a Chef de Partie
- A strong work ethic
- Understanding and practice of food safety
