A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Coventry. My client is looking for a strong Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.

It’s all about working at a golf club especially this one – this is because not only is it straight shifts but in the winter if the course has to close the kitchen closes at 2:30pm – home time!

This is a great role for any Chef de Partie who wants to work somewhere different and work with fresh food. Really quality small kitchen brigade who a Head Chef will give one to one training so you will still be learning.

Here are the highlights:

£18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience

Straight shifts

Bank holidays and Christmas Off

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
