A luxury fresh food garden centre is looking for a Chef de Partie to work 8:30am – 5:30pm NO EVENINGS with the salary £28,000 – £30,000 in the Cotswolds area.
This Chef de Partie role is ideal for any Chef de Partie looking for work life balance as it is daytime shifts only, no evenings and guaranteed at least 1 weekend off per month.
As Chef de Partie you and the teams will work a maximum of 45hours per week – usually 40 hours but at Christmas 45hours.
As Chef de Partie you will be in a team of a Head Chef, 3 Chef de Parties and a fulltime baker. As Chef de Partie you will have to have a fresh food background.
Covers tend to be in the region of 50 for breakfast and 100 for lunch – no dinner or private evening functions.
