I have unique role located near to Stoke on Tent working in a large multi outlet resort. This popular high volume establishment has a variety food outlets including fresh food restaurants, corporate functions and outdoor street food events.
As the Chef de Partie you will work in all departments giving you a chance to develop your skills in fine dining, banqueting, pastry…actually a little bit of everything! So don’t expect to get bored.
As it’s a busy operation the kitchen team is very large, so there is enough staff for you to work just 8 hour shifts and straights. The Head chef does not believe in split shifts so contracted hours are just 37.5 with anything over getting paid. There will need to be a degree of flexibility to this role as you will either work mornings, lunch or dinner shifts this will change to give you variety!

Due to the location of the resort this role would suit someone with their own transport and lives in either Stoke on Trent, Stafford , Ashbourne or Market Drayton.
