A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract at a fresh food Brasserie. As a Chef de Partie you will be working with fresh food, seasonal and local to the Brasserie. As a Chef de Partie you will be working under a 2 Rosette Head Chef who will give you the chance to put input into the menu. This role is perfect for a Chef de Partie who does not want to work in hotels where there is conference and banqueting, afternoon tea etc etc. As a Chef de Partie you will be just working in Brasserie, so you can concentrate on the food.
£20,500 – £22,00 depending on experience
