A leisure hotel located near Birmingham is looking for a Chef de Partie to join the hotel offering straight shifts paying £21,500 for 40 hours (over £10ph) a decetn wage for a Chef de Partie.
To add Chef de Partie role you will be working in a brigade of 12 chefs with other Chef de Parties and a flexible and fair Head Chef. This Head Chef insists on straights shifts, some day shifts, not crazy hours as he knows those days are over.
Progression at this hotel is high in the agenda so Chef de parties can make Junior Sous within a year.
As a Chef de Partie you will be working for a hotel which has other perks such like free gym and leisure membership with access to the swimming pool worth over £1,000 a year, company’s food and beverage discounts.
Any Demi Chef de Parties will also be looked at.
