Great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in an exclusive Members Club in Central London
Salary per annum – £23,600, plus overtime and bonus.
Superb lunch and dinner menu. This would be a great place for an experienced Chef de Partie to continue developing themselves as a chef and work with highly experienced chefs.
Must be experienced in the following:
- Preparation and cooking of food
- Preparation of sauces
- Working knowledge of kitchens and equipment
- COSSH, HAACP and Food Hygiene
