As a Chef de Partie, ideal candidates will have the following..
- Experience as Chef de Partie working with high quality/volume establishments
- Current certified Food Hygiene Level 2 and Food Allergen training
- Ideally used to working with fresh ingredients
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Have a positive working attitude
- Ideally a driver with access to own transport
