As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of one of four kitchen sections, moving between them to grow your skills and work with the freshest ingredients. You’ll also help train and inspire new chefs through their award-winning apprenticeship program.

Chef de Partie job near Bournemouth (Ideal) Candidate:

• Previous experience either as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
• Enthusiasm for seasonal cooking and local ingredients.
• A genuine passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
• A desire to grow, learn, and inspire others
• Due to the location full driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be required
