A Chef de Partie is required for a Modern British fresh food restaurant in Birmingham. This restaurant is only open for dinner which means straight shifts, including some day time prep days and in return you will be paid £22,000 – £23,000. Please read on for details.

•Sunday and Mondays off

•£22,000 – £23,000 plus Tips and December Bonus – (Closed at Christmas Day).

•Tuesday is usually a prep day which is a day time shift and sometimes Wednesday. At least 3 nights off a week.

•Dinner service at this restaurant is 7pm – 9pm.

•This is an ideal role for a Chef de Partie who doesn’t want to work crazy hours and splits in a decent restaurant.

•As a Chef de Partie you will be working under a 2 Rosette background Head Chef.
