We’re recruiting experienced Rosette Chefs to join the brigade at a beautiful seafront resort for the busy summer season, starting in August. If you enjoy cooking with outstanding local produce and want to spend the summer somewhere people travel hundreds of miles to visit, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Role
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to 2 Rosette standards
- Working with fresh seafood and seasonal local ingredients
- Maintaining exceptional presentation and consistency
- Supporting a professional kitchen team throughout the busy summer season
- Upholding the highest food safety and hygiene standards
What we need
- Previous experience in a 2 Rosette kitchen
- Passion for fresh food and seafood cookery
- High standards, reliability and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and the ability to perform in a busy service
- A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential
