As Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience;
- Longevity in your previous roles
- The ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
- At least one year as a Chef de Partie
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
- Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
- Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
- Experience managing a variety of sections is vital
In return for being a Chef de Partie in this wonderful establishment, the client is offering a base salary between £19,000 and £19,500 in addition to numerous benefits and discounts.
