Chef ( Birmingham ) Requirements.

• Have a keen passion for cooking.
• Able to work in a professional and respectful manner.
• Have a good understanding of dietary requirements and allergens.
• Hold a current Food Hygiene and allergen certificate – we do however offer refresher courses if needed.
