A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Birmingham/Solihull. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop. As a Chef de Partie you will be working for a high-end contract catering company and due to the business demands majority if the business is Monday – Friday.

£19,500 – £20,000

4 nights off a week

10 Days off for Christmas Including Christmas Day, Boxing Day etc

This role is perfect for all Chef de Parties who are fed up with working splits shifts and late finishes every week. This role is 45 hours, there are no splits shifts just 3 different type of shifts – 6am – 2:30pm, 7:30am – 4pm or 1pm -10pm.

With this the Head Chef will give you 2 or 3 early shifts a week which means 4 nights at home!You will have your own section and be working with a Commis Chef and Apprentice working in this busy conference centre. Usually just a buffet for lunch time and in the evening around 50/60 covers in the restaurant. Great standard of food with a Head Chef packed with Rosette experience.

This role is ideal for chefs who live near Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon.
