A Chef de Partie or Commis Chef s required for a small fresh food hotel on the outskirts of Bristol. The Head Chef is extremely grateful and fair when it comes to his brigade. The set up here requires a Chef de Partie who has fresh food experience and a Commis who is wanting to learn.
This role is ideal for a chef who is sick and tired of monstrous covers and monstrous hours. With this the role is around 40 hours and you with no ridiculous finishing time – how about that??
