We are looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the team at an award-winning restaurant just outside of Bunbury. This stunning property has been awarded a rosette for its seasonal and locally inspired menus and is looking for a Jr. Sous Chef who shares their passion for quality and service.
Jr Sous role highlights:
- Package in the region of £38k to £40k DOE

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous in a high-quality fresh food environment – rosette is a bonus
- A genuine passion for modern British cuisine and local ingredients
- A hands-on approach, with a focus on consistency and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills – someone who leads by example
- A team player who thrives under pressure and takes pride in their work
