A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in Birmingham city centre. The salary for a Chef de Partie is £18,500 – £19,500 with £4,000 gratuities on top -and you Christmas off as well.
As a Chef de Partie You will be simply working 3 split shifts, 1 early shift and a late on a Saturday as it is closed for lunch on a Saturday. This restaurant is one of the most talked about restaurants in Birmingham where all the food is made from fresh. This food is in between steakhouse and fine dining.
No 50 – 60 plus hour weeks as a Chef de Partie. You will be working a 45 hour week. With this the restaurant is closed Christmas Day and back open in the New Year – it is also closed on New Year’s Eve!
