A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established brigade in Birmingham. This new venue is the most talked about venue in The Midlands.
You will be working in a recently refurbed casino which means new kitchen and equipment. You will be working straight shifts (see shift pattern below) and working no more than 40 hours. This role would suit any chef with a high volume background who is used to fresh food.
There are a few appealing shifts on offer including 10am – 6pm which is simply just a prep day. To add to this it is closed for Christmas which for the hospitality industry is quite rare.
