Ideally the Head Chef is looking for a breakfast Chef with some experience hence why its aimed at Chef de Partie – so if you have experience working breakfast in a restaurant or a hotel that will be of interest.
As Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for buffet breakfast only and staff lunch.
