My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food and has the desire to learn, progress and develop.

The new kitchen team has a fantastic Head Chef & Sous Chef on site and the food offering is contemporary & creative using just fresh ingredients with everything cooked from scratch to high standards. Being a small kitchen brigade you will have develop your creative flair as you will be involved in writing the daily menus!

If your main priority is to develop into a well-rounded – Senior Chef, this is the role for you as you will receive tons of support and direction.

Highlights of this role are:

Salary 19k plus tips – Based on experience

£3000k annual tips

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in fresh food kitchen

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

– Due to the location, it is required for you to have your own transport-

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out CDP responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
