Birmingham Chef de Partie snapshot:
- Salary £29,000 – £31,000
- 40-hour fulltime contract – paid overtime on hours over 40.
- Fine dining restaurant pushing for a Rosette, afternoon tea, bar, weddings, events & leisure club – spa
- Full staffed brigade
- Get paid every 4 weeks – 13 times a year
- Fully supportive team including an Executive Head Chef and 3 other Sous Chefs

This role is on the outskirts of Birmingham (North) and on a train line so any Chef de Partie’s who live in or near Birmingham city centre, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield this role is more than accessible.
