A Chef de Partie is required for a fresh gastro pub near Leicester and Rugby working within a small kitchen brigade. The Head Chef has worked in a number of Michelin star Restaurants in London and it shows in his outstanding food offering! Imagine the high standard cuisine but also the enjoyable & fun working environment.
The Head Chef is looking for someone who is a chef not a cook as all the food here is made from scratch, carefully thought, prepared with care and delivered first class by the highly experienced front of house team.
There are no other establishment like this one – heavily backed by the owners who are not afraid to invest. You will be working with locally sourced products working in a really fun and exciting environment.
You will develop the menu with the Head Chef and create specials – don’t think that it will be the same menu all the time – seasonal, locally sourced and at high quality.
