My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food and has the desire to learn, progress and develop.
This tight knit kitchen team has created a food offering that is contemporary & creative using just fresh ingredients with everything cooked from scratch to high standards. Being a small kitchen brigade, you will be involved in creating the menus and daily specials! So it is essential that you have a creative flair about you…
If your main priority is to develop into a well-rounded – Senior Chef, this is the role for you as you will receive tons of support and direction.
The owners have done their best to create an enjoyable working environment, this means no ridiculous hours and keeping to your 45 hr contract. If you want to work more, then the extras are paid for. You will work in straight shifts only doing 8/9 hrs a day.
Highlights of this role are:
Salary upto 21k for the right experience and personality.
£50.00 per week.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– At least one years’ experience working as a Chef de Partie
– Professional Chef experience preferably in fresh food kitchen
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
– Due to the location, it is required for you to have your own transport-
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out CDP responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
