A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working at a stunning restaurant near Coventry. My client is looking for a strong Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.
This role is ideal for a chef who just likes to focus on restaurant service and restaurant service only. To add to this they offer straight shifts which is quite rare in the restaurant business. The Head Chef is quite renowned here in taking on a Commis Chef and giving them there first Chef de Partie role!
The food is all fresh, local and seasonal and run by an experienced Head Chef, Sous Chef, 3 CDP’s and 2 Commis Chefs – so it’s a good brigade to be apart of. The Head Chef also takes the whole team in January to a Michelin Star restaurant as thank you for working hard at Christmas.
This role is perfect for any Chef de Partie that live near Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Kenilworth, Rugby, Nuneaton, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa and even Evesham.

Salary: £21,000 – £22,000
