A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the centre of Birmingham. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in high volume.
With this restaurant you will be working 12 hour days BUT, and this is a HUGE BUT you will be working 4 days on and 4 days off so you will be earning over £21,000 a year PLUS TIPS and CHRISTMAS OFF.
