A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the Midlands. My client is looking for a Chef de Partie who has a good background in fresh food restaurants.
We are talking locally sourced food, we are talking 100% fresh – to add to this company looks after its staff and always promotes from within. They have recently put in a brand new kitchen with all the latest equipment. The venue is simply stunning – to add to this there is a herb and vegetable garden that you will pick from for service.
The kitchen is chasing a 4th Rosette as they just missed out last year.
This role offers live in accommodation so this role is available for people outside the region or perhaps you live In the region but do not drive. If you are a chef who aims for Michelin this is the stepping stone.
Here are the highlights:
£19,500 – £21,500 depending on experience
