THIS ROSETTE ROLE IS NOT IN THE AREA THAT IS BEING ADVERTISED – IT INVOLVES RELOCATING BUT HAS LIVE-IN ACCOMMODATION
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a passion for food looking to progress their career within a 2 rosette property working with a talented well established Head Chef.
As Chef de Partie you will need previous experience of working with all fresh ingredients ideally in a rosette hotel or high end restaurant. You will be working as part of a team assisting with a variety of daily tasks, which will include organising a section and cooking through service.
