As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Professional Chef Experience in a rosette kitchen.
  • Proven knife skills.
  • Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.
  • Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

 

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Experience managing a variety of sections is vital

 

In return for being a Chef de Partie in this wonderful establishment, the client is offering a base salary between £19,000 and £24,000.
