Chef de Parties’ are required for a permanent contract at this outstanding 150 acre estate found on the edge of the Cotswolds. This picturesque estate not only consist of a boutique hotel but also charming cottages a cookery school and a tithe barn and a quintessential Cotswold county pub to dine.

The Head Chef is not chasing accolades but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t push for the best. The food is high of high quality with most of the produce coming from their kitchen garden and farm.

Working within a small team at the Country pub you will be immersed within an awarding winning food and drink environment. Driven by progression.. Not to worry, the site has plans for a 50 seated restaurant which will be open in the next 12 months.

Ideally you will need to have a background in Rosettes or fine dining, however If you are enthusiastic and have fresh food experience then you are in for a chance to join something special.
