My client, a Cotswold based hotel requires a Chef de Partie to join there already established team. This 4 star Country House Hotel with 45 bedrooms consist of 2 dining areas, al carte and brasserie restaurant. They are a busy hotel Monday to Thursday with meetings and well known property for weddings and event over the weekend.
If you are a Commis Chef looking for your next for your next step up or someone who is looking for a fresh start then this could be the role for you.
You will:
- Run your own section within the kitchen
- Commis
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Have excellent food preparation and presentation skills
- Understand the importance of portion control and dish specifications
- Banqueting and event experience
