We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join bustling fresh food gastro pub based in Derby!
As the CDP you will work in a team of 8 Chefs, serving top quality British cuisine. With most of the team coming from a fine dining background, the food on offer is of a high standard. All the food is made from scratch including their ice cream which is made from the newly bought Gelato ice cream maker.
The owners of this great gastro pub are not afraid to invest and have already spent 1.4mill this year alone ensuring that they offer their guests a truly unique dining experience, as the décor and beer garden is top notch!!! It’s no wonder this restaurant is becoming so popular.

Our client would accept a strong commis for this role but don’t despair you will still receive a great starting salary.
