I am currently recruiting for a Live in Chef De Partie for a 2 Rosette Hotel in the heart of the Lake District. My high profile client is one of the best and are pushing for 3 Rosettes this year.

As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience and skills
• Professional Chef Experience preferably in a Rosette Restaurant
• Understanding of seasonal produce
• The ability to use real fresh food
• Passion and determination
• The ability to work in high pressure kitchens

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
• Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

My client is offering the successful Chef de Partie a salary of up to £20,000 pa with private live in provided. You will work 5 out of 7 days and work a 40 hour working week.
This really is one of the best restaurants out there with 2 Rosettes with a big push for number 3 this year. The wonderful Hotel is a set in the secluded splendour of 400 acres of deer park and woodland. It is one of the original stately homes of England.
