A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in central England. My client is looking for a strong Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who has a strong background in Michelin or Rosettes

This role is the perfect for a Chef de Partie who has worked at 1 Star level and is ready for the step up – this is a now or never situation so if you’re thinking of it do it.

This is a serious role looking for a serious Chef de Partie who lives and breathes the industry. It does not get any higher than this in the UK working under a highly respected Head Chef and a Chef Proprietor that is at the top of his game – you name it he has done it. Please for all people who apply you must have experience in Rosettes or Michelin to get through to the next stage.

As Chef de Partie you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Chef de Partie duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
