A Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen in the South of Birmingham. This stunning hotel has many awards not only for the hotel but also for the food.

This hotel in the kitchen is split into 3 – where there is a conference and banqueting team, pastry team and a restaurant team. The role for the Chef de Partie is in the restaurant team which means you will be concentrating simply on the service – you will not have to worry about afternoon tea, bar checks or a wedding for 200 on a Saturday night. All you will do is the service.

Speaking of the service you will be working with fresh, seasonal and local food – from ala carte menus to taster menus. The head Chef will ask for your input some you can be really creative. If you come up with a special that sells well it will make the menu. There is only 40 covers in this restaurant as well.

All teams here work well together and regularly are taken out for trips and team bonding sessions which is important to the hotel company. This is a fun and enjoyable kitchen to work in.
