A 4 star 2 rosette hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie. This is a great fresh food kitchen where you only work 45 hours a week. Live in costs just £35 per week if you require. The menus are all designed in house so there is a real creative edge to this role. The salary is £18,500 plus tips!!
As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
• Professional Chef Experience preferably in a Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
• Proven knife skills.
• Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.
• Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
• Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.
• Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Experience managing a variety of sections is vital.
