Chef De Partie – £17k to £19k + 4k tips – Fresh Food Gastro – Derby West Midlands

As a Chef de Partie, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

·Professional Chef Experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

·Proven knife skills.

·706/1 & 2 or NVQ/VRQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications.

·Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Allergen Certificate essential.

·Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.

·Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous.

·Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Chef de Partie role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

·Carrying out responsibilities in a professional and credible manner.

·Operation of a section and meeting all standards set by the Head Chef.

·Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

·Experience managing a variety of sections is vital
