Chef de Partie is required for a permanent contract working within a Multi Rosette property in the Midlands. YOU WILL NEED TO RELOCATE WHICH YOU WILL BE HELPED WITH

This venue is stunning and totally focussed on the food – literally 25 covers that’s it. You will be working in great detail as high end for the Midlands as you can get. The Head Chef is very young and given the go ahead to push for more and more awards form the owners. Perhaps a second star………………

The salary for this role is £20,000 – £22,000 which at first seems slightly under however this is no ordinary Michelin role with excessive amounts of hours – the chefs here work around 50 hours and have nothing to worry about apart from Dinner service. There is no lunch and there is also no bar food or weddings etc just Taster Menu and A’ la Carte.

WITH THIS IF THERE WAS A CHEF DE PARTIE WITH A CURRENT MICHELIN BACKGROUND THEN THE HEAD CHEF AND OWNER WOULD DISCUSS INCREASING THE SALARY FOR YOU.

You will need to have a Michelin background or Rosette background for this role due to the standard of the property and what they are pushing for. This is an ideal role for a Commis Chef at a high end property looking for their first Chef de Partie role.  If you do not have Rosette or Michelin experience you will not get contacted.
