Experienced Chefs needed day time hours!
Fed up of working unsociable hours and not getting paid for it? I have had a great opportunity arise to set up a catering department for a very respected property firm!
The role will include helping redesign an office kitchen from which they are only catering for 20 office workers. They are running as a non profit venture at present but will eventually have the aim of having somebody that can turn it in to a profitable venture but there is o pressure or time constraints.
They eventual aim is for the chef to turn their current system around and to make every worker in their offices eat from the food that is provided.
This is a solely Mon-Friday role with very sociable hours varying from 10am-15pm.
Candidates must have experience in the contract catering sector and have knowledge of menu development and menu costing.( profit and loss.)
If you are successful, you will be given FULL autonomy of your own work in a very relaxed atmosphere!
