A new stunning hotel in the heart of Birmingham city centre is looking for a Breakfast Chef. For this Breakfast Chef role you will need to have some experience whether it is from a hotel background or restaurant. The Breakfast Chef role will entail plated breakfast and buffet for when the house count is higher.
This is a brand-new hotel which means as the Breakfast Chef you will be working with a brand new equipment and a brand new kitchen where the hotel has spent £40 million on this project so you can imagine what it is like.
Breakfast will start at 6am and you will finish at 2pm. After breakfast you will prep for the following days breakfast and then help with any conference lunches. Due to business demANDS this hotel is CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS
This is of course a role which give the Breakfast Chef EVERY NIGHT OFF – you will be given a 40-hour contract and anything over your hours you will get paid. If you wanted to work in the stunning new a la carte restaurant again you will be paid.
Requirements:
Experience with breakfast service
Experience in a fresh food kitchen
Reliable, hardworking and passionate with proven record of experience
Ambitious and driven by 100% customer satisfaction
