A Chef is required for a fresh food Bistro with day time hours! This pays up to £22,000 per annum with straight, day time shifts.
This is a truly amazing opportunity for a Chef working through your formative career and looking for a position in which you can grow and improve your skills. You will be working within a small team of 3 with no hierarchy, all 3 chefs have the equal responsibility and manage the kitchen together.
The produce is sourced locally from artisan and respected suppliers, giving you the opportunity to learn a wide variety of methods and techniques.
You must have excellent hygiene and organisational skills because in a small team like this every member is essential. You will have to maintain temperature sheets, hygiene, health & safety, ordering for the following day and generally use your initiative to maintain the high standards and efficiency of this very busy kitchen.
You must have access to Moreton in Marsh. There is NO ACCOMMODATION available. Excellent communication skills are absolutely essential, spoken, aural and written.
