Barista – Cafés, Hotels & Hospitality Venues

We are currently recruiting experienced and friendly Baristas for exciting opportunities across cafés, hotels, restaurants, conference venues, and hospitality sites.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great customer experiences, working in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality coffee and service. 

 

We have flexible ongoing work available across a variety of fantastic venues. 

 

Requirements: 

– Previous Barista experience is essential 

– Confident in preparing a range of coffees and hot drinks 

– Excellent customer service and communication skills 

– Reliable, punctual, and well-presented 

– Able to work efficiently during busy service periods 

– Strong team player with a positive attitude 

– Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and early starts where required 

– Driving is preferred but not essential 

 

Duties may include: 

– Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and other hot beverages 

– Operating coffee machines and maintaining equipment 

– Delivering excellent customer service to guests and customers 

– Handling payments and maintaining till areas where required 

 Keeping service areas clean, organised, and well-stocked 

– Supporting wider front of house teams when needed 

– Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
