Assist the Bar Manager in effective & smooth running of the Hotel Bar.

Asses team development needs and train staff accordingly

Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages according to company standards.

Manage and rota staff according to business demands.

Monitor cleanliness and hygiene.

To ensure accurate stocktakes are carried out in accordance to company policies.

Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations

 
Ideal Bar Supervisor candidates will:

 

  • Personality that leaves a lasting impression
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
  • A natural ability to understand guests needs.
  • Strong knowledge of wine and beverage trends
  • The candidate will have 1 year supervisory experience from an established 4 star Hotel background.
  • Impeccable presentation

As Food & Beverage Manager you will:

 

  • Receive a salary of £18,000 plus paid overtime
