As the Bar Manager you will lead a small team of bar staff in creative and fun working environment, it’s a well-known destination with a stunning restaurant.
The management are looking for an outgoing and unique personality that can fit the venue, you will be the face of the bar, leaving a great impression and long lasting relationships with the clients.
This is a one of a kind venue so you will need to be too.
As the Bar Manager you will be responsible for:
– Recruitment and training of the Bar team
– Menu development
– Create relationships with internal and external customers
– Ordering and stock control
The Ideal Bar Manager candidates will:
-Have a stable working history, working at least 2 years as an Assistant Manager or Bar supervisor.
-Bring fresh ideas and creativity
-Good cocktail knowledge is a plus!
-Big personality with passion for service and hospitality
-Have a good wine knowledge
