A banqueting sous chef is required for this very high end luxury hotel.
As banqueting sous chef you will be required to run the separate banqueting kitchen on a daily basis managing your dedicated team of 4 supplying all the events on site with high quality food offerings from plated menus to high end buffets, On average the hotel can do at present up to 150 weddings a year ranging from 80 covers to 150.
You will be working straight shifts averaging around a 50 hour week with a decent work life balance. There is live in accommodation available which is only 10 minute walking.
