As the Assistant Manager you will report directly into General Manager. You will instantly be placed onto a progression plan and be provided with all the necessary training to take full responsibility of managing the restaurant.

As the Assistant Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure there is a consistent high level of service, which goes beyond guests expectations.
- Asses development needs and train staff accordingly.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages according to company standards.
- Keep the menu offering up to date and following current trends.
- Manage and rota staff according to business demands
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene
- Delivering on high service standards
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
As an Ideal Assistant Manager you will offer the following:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience at supervisory level.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, be highly organised, passionate and self-motivated.
- A natural ability to understand guests needs.
- Impeccable presentation

- Receive a salary of £22,000/£24000 depending on experience.
