We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bars Manager to lead the team in a high-quality food & beverage environment. This popular four-star hotel is situated just outside Birmingham and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The restaurant serves fresh and seasonal dishes, the restaurant itself has been recently refurbished so you can expect a relaxed yet modern environment.
The position would ideally suit an assistant Manager or supervisor who has previously worked in a high volume, four-star hotel environment.
As the Assistant Manager you will be required to:
Lead the team during breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
Open and closing procedures of the allocated shift.
Staff training and appraisels.
To maintain and deliver on the already high standards.
Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
The ideal Assistant Manager:
Will come from a high volume 3 / 4 star hotel background.
Have high service standard expectations.
The ability to lead large teams.
*Must have their own transport*
Currently be working at at least a supervisory level.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
Receive a generous salary of £22500
45 Hr contract
