My client is a busy Hotel in the Solihull area. We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee a new project of opening a small destination restaurant within the busy Hotel. My client is looking for someone with ambition and vision to lead the project from the start to the finish.
The Assistant Manager will have full autonomy in the menu concept, recruitment and development of the team, management of the project and design of the restaurant.

As the Assistant Manager you will:
- Oversee the opening of the restaurant
- Promote and develop sales activities for the new opening.
- Effective management of the restaurant ensuring the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant and each service runs efficiently.
- Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer relations.
- Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service
- Ensuring compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
The ideal Assistant Manager candidates will:
- Have previous experience at atleast a supervisory level
- Be someone who is looking to take on a challenge
- Have vision and fresh ideas.
- The ability to motivate a team
- Have a passion for high quality food.

As Assistant Manager you will:
